7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the order placement process. KYPHIE SRL is not responsible for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. KYPHIE SRL will provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance, but it is the customer's responsibility to comply with customs regulations.

9. Shipping Damages and Returns

Customers should inspect their shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancies to KYPHIE SRL within 7 days of receipt. 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. If you received a defective product, we will gladly process a return or exchange, ensuring the issue is resolved at no additional cost to you. Please note that returns for non-defective products must meet our requirement of being unused and in their original packaging.
